1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or making a booking at La Perla Azzurra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by La Perla Azzurra. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us.

• A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
• Full payment may be required at time of booking or on arrival, depending on the rate selected.
• All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Tourist tax may apply and is collected separately per local regulations.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival: full refund.
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival: 50% charge applies.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival: no refund.
• No-shows are treated as non-refundable cancellations.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests agree to abide by the House Rules displayed in each apartment and on our website. La Perla Azzurra reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay without refund in cases of severe misconduct, property damage, or violation of house rules.

5. Liability

La Perla Azzurra shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

6. Property Damage

Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or fixtures during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the credit card on file.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of La Perla Azzurra and may not be used without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latina (LT), Italy.
